I'm so excited to personally invite you

to join us for the Fayetteville-Lincoln

County Public Library's 2025 Summer

Reading Program: Color Our World! This

year, we're celebrating all things creative-art,

dance, music, theatre, and everything in between.

We can't wait to fill our library (and your summer) with imagination, color, and the joy of reading. One of the things I'm most proud of this year is that we've officially expanded our program to include ALL AGES! Whether you're reading board books with your toddler or diving into novels as an adult, there's a place for you in our summer reading family. Our age categories are: 

• 0-5 years

• 6-12 years

• 13-17 years

• 18+

Here's how it works: 

Our youngest readers (ages 0-5) will earn a new art supply each week they meet their reading goals. Kids ages (6-12) will collect brag tags to build their very own reading necklace of creativity. Both groups will be entered into exciting grand prize giveaways at the end of the program.

Teens and adults (ages 13-17 and 18+) who complete all seven weeks will be entered into their own art-themed grand prize drawings. Everyone earns fun prizes just for logging their reading minutes!

At FLCPL, we believe reading is a powerful way to connect, grow, and explore--and this summer, we're excited to do that together through creativity and color. I hope you'll join us as we "Color Our World" and make this our most vibrant summer yet.
